Governed by the Loi visant à aider les personnes victimes d'infraction criminelle et à favoriser leur rétablissement (LAPVIC, “Act to assist persons who have been the victim of a criminal offence and to promote their recovery”), we have developed a statement of services detailing our commitments as well as the complaint mechanism in the event of dissatisfaction.
